Thinking of You - with pleats.

This is one of the cards I made for Monday's SCS Try a New Technique Challenge... Lynn our hostess is in CA at CHA the first part of this week and so she emailed me to ask me if I would consider being guest hostess. I was shocked and honored... So I decided to do the challenge on Designing with Paper Pleats. We were to use a little to a lot, whatever we wanted to, but we had to use some kind of paper pleat...
Here is one of the cards I made, and this is what I did..
The base card is Baja Breeze,
Next is a layer of Summer Sun,
Next is K&Company DP.
The pleat is also made from K&Company DP.
Stamped sentiment on Baja Breeze with VersaMark and embossed in black. This is punched out with the SU Word Punch and then layered on Summer Sun, which is sponged with Really Rust and then layered over ribbon.
Added silk flowers with brad center. Added leaves punched with MS Leaf Punch out of Mellow Moss. Added ribbon and cord..
Thanks for looking...

This is really pretty Fern. Love the way to two papers blend on this. I hope I have time to play when I get home.
