Yesterday's Memories ~ Stuck On U Sketches ~~ RECEIVED THE COMET AWARD AT PAPERCRAFT STAR

Hi everyone...  It's Friday and you know what that means... it's time for another sketch reveal over at Stuck On U Sketches and this one is from Nanné Harry and here it is...

  

Lately I've been looking through my old family photos and thought this sketch would work perfect as a Heritage LO with all of these fabulous layers.  The photo I chose is one of my Dad, my Uncle, my Grandparents and my Great Great Grandmother (my Grandmother's Grandmother).  We are thinking this was taken around 1938..  I feel so lucky to have these original photos to scan and scrap..

Sorry this is such a short post...  My husband took off a few days of work and we have been very busy building fence.  And I promised my DD that I would watch little GS Zach Friday, Saturday and Sunday...  So not a lot of time for blogging!!!

Letha's Family ~ 1938 -- Top 3 Winner over at Fairy Fun Fridays AND Winner over at Creatalicious Challenge!!

Hi everyone!!  I've had a wonderful weekend...  I did nothing but play...  and I finished 4 layouts this weekend, but this is the only one I can post for now..  The other 3 are for DT work...  Be sure and check back Thursday and Friday to see what else I created!!!  I did this layout  just for fun..  The photo is of my grandparents, my dad and my uncle...   Another fabulous photo I found in one of my grandmother's photo albums.  Notice the writing on the bottom of the photo..  My Grandmother wrote that in her later years and I was not going to crop it off..  So that's where my title comes from.... I decided I wanted to go monochromatic on this layout and I love the touch of soft pink..  I think my grandmother would have appreciated the feminine touch since she was the only female in the family for so long...  I also found a few challenges out there that this will qualify for which are:
