Christmas Card ~ Color Core/White Core Cardstock Projects - Practical Scrappers

Good Monday morning everyone!!!!  I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are ready for some  scrappy inspiration!!!  Today over at Practical Scrappers we are revealing color core/white core cardstock cards/layouts...  I decided to go with white core cardstock for this Christmas Card.  I used paper from Close to My Heart and embossed it with the snowflake Cuttlebug embossing folder and then sanded over the top...  I really love the way it made the snowflakes pop!! The image is from Stampin'up which I colored with my copics and then added a lot of stickles... finished it off with ribbon, flower, pin and snowflake buttons...
Be sure and check out Practical Scrappers for more inspiration and for our current calls (in the sidebar).  We would love to feature your project along with the design team!!!

We also have a new contest going on...  So be sure and check out the details while you're over there...

Good morning everyone!!  Today I am showing you one of my favorite layouts for the Challenge Me Tuesday Challenge over at Practical Scrappers...  The challenge was to use wood grain papers...   I did this layout awhile back, but everytime I look at it I just have to laugh...  The photo is of my little grand kids, Savannah and Colten...  and they are petting one of my donkeys...  And then out of the blue Savannah says, "look grandma, Ellies got boogers just like Colten"....  I couldn't help but laugh....  Only out of the mouth of babes...   Kids say the darnedest things...
Be sure and check out what's coming up over at Practical Scrappers on their sidebar...  We would love to feature your project!!!
