Hello everyone. Nothing like waiting until the last moment to make my little GS Colten's Halloween Card. Since he's only 11 months, wasn't for sure what I was going to do, but I saw a card similar to this on SCS and thought it was very cute and appropriate for him.. So here's what I used:

Different scrap DP
SU Top Note Die
SU 3/4" Circle Punch
SU 1 1/4" Circle Punch
SU 1 3/8" Circle Punch
SU Round Tab Punch
Ribbon
SU Black Journaling Pen
White Gel Pen
