Natural Bridge Caverns ~ Sketch Along Tuesday-Frosted Designs

Be sure and check out my Father's Day Card for Creative Cuts and More...  Scroll down to next post!!!

Hi everyone!!  It's time for another Sketch Along Tuesday over at Frosted Designs!!  This week we have a fun sketch by Debbie Burns...

The photos I used for this layout are ones that my DIL took on May 21, 2011 at one of Savannah's little friends Birthday Party..  He had it at Natural Bridge Caverns and the kids even got to mine for "gold/rocks"..  They had a blast!!  What a fantastic idea for a B-day Party!!
Here are a few close ups...

Here you can see the mesh layered under the title image I printed off of the computer...  And then I added some Prima Yellow Vine and a Bow....

Here I made a pocket so that I had a place to put the "history" of the cave..  Also you can see the Prima Voila Felt Ribbon..

Here I printed the B-day information off of the computer and punched out with one of my SU Punches and then added 2 different kinds of Decorative Brads..

Here are a few challenges this layout will qualify for...
Frosted Designs/Sketch Along Tuesday ~ Sketch
A Spoon Full of Sugar ~ Flower Power
Incy Wincy Designs ~ Nature
Paper Play Challenge ~ Blossoms and Blooms
Simply Create ~ Special Day/Event
Sketches In Thyme ~ Open Challenge
Top Tip Tuesday ~ Use Ribbon
Here is a list of scrappy things I used on this layout...
SU Mellow Moss CS and Ink
SU Flannel Plaid BG Stamp
Tim Holtz Walnut Stain Distressing Ink
My Mind's Eye- So Sophia- "Sweet Chic" Splendid Swirl Paper
SU More Mustard CS
Mesh
Decorative Brads
Prima Songbird Vine Yellow
Prima Voila Felt Ribbon
Ribbon
SU Punch
Thanks so much for dropping by, and please check out the other layouts from the Design Team!!  Remember, we have a wonderful prize, but you have to play to win...
Have a wonderful week!!
Hugs!!!
