Creative Cuts and More Film Strip..; Practical Scrappers Challenge Me Tuesday - Cork Challenge

Hi everyone!!!  I swear I'm loosing my mind! lol  I know I wrote this late last night, but where it posted, I don't have a clue!!
Anyway.. This is a layout I did using a Filmstrip - Large Die Cut from Creative Cuts & More...  They have so many die cuts in so many different colors and textures...  I love using them on my layouts whenever I can.. and you will too..
I also did this for the Practical Scrappers Challenge Me Tuesday "Cork" challenge..  I didn't have any cork in my scrap room, so I had to get a little creative...  I had some old coasters so I peeled the cork off, stuck it to a piece of cardstock and then ran it through the Big Shot using the Sizzix Tim Holtz Flourishes Die...  Love how it turned out... Also found some Cork Disks at my local grocery store and used those under my letters....
Now about my layout.... This is my little GS Zach taken in May...   He's wearing a bib because he is cutting teeth and drools all the time!!  You can actually see him drooling in the large photo!   This was the first time he got to spend the day with Grandma by himself... and we had a blast... He is such a sweet little guy..  We're going to have to do it again soon!!!
Here are a few close ups...

Close up of the recycled cork flourish...

Close up of the "Cork Disks" that I layered with foam letters... And another recycled cork flourish...

Scrappy list of things I used on this layout...
SU Basic Black CS
Kaisercraft ~ Up, Up & Away Collection ~ Clowns
BoBunny ~ Gabrielle Collection 6 x 6 Paper Pad
Sizzix Tim Holtz ~ Elegant Flourishes Die
Recycled Cork
Cork Disks
Foam Letters

This also qualifies for this challenge...
Scrapbooks Anonymous ~ 3 sheets from a mini paper stack

Be sure and check out Creative Cuts & More for your die cut needs.. They have one of the largest selections of die cuts in so many colors and textures... you're sure to find what you need!!
And
Be sure and check out the sidebar over at Practical Scrappers for the future Challenge Calls... We would love to feature you in one of our upcoming challenges...
Thanks for dropping by!!!
Have a wonderful day!!
Hugs!!
