Hello everyone!! It's been a whole week since I uploaded anything, and I sure am glad I got to play today. I have been baby sitting my grand babies, and working, and trying to get everything mailed off, and.. and... and... I could just keep going on and on.. but I won't, instead I'll tell you about this sweet layout. This is a layout I did for the challenge over at
Creative Scrappers and the challenge over at
Frosted Designs. Creative Scrappers provided a Sketch, which I really did start out following, but I just got a little side tracked, and Frosted Designs actually has 2 challenges for this week. One is Paper Piecing and the other is Distressing. You can do both or choose one. I chose distressing, which I do on most of my layouts anyway. Okay, now about my layout. This is little Colten, 13 months old, and the photo was taken at my DDIL's kids Christmas Party this year. He was actually sitting on his daddy's lap but I cut him out of the photo. I wished they would have emailed my one of him with Santa, not for sure if he would even sit on Santa's lap this year. Oh well, this is still a sweet photo, but just doesn't look very Christmasy.. But I fixed that by adding all of my little snowflakes and stickers. I hope you like it!
Here's what I used:
Creative Imaginations ~ Glitter Sheet Music
s.e.i. ~ Alpine Frost
Snowflake Doiley
The Paper Studio ~ Alphabet Glitter Stickers
Sticko ~ Dimensional Stickers
Christmas Stickers
Zva Self Adhesive Embellies
Snowflake Buttons
Thanks so much for dropping by.
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs. :o)
P.S. I'm actually working on another layout for Amanda's Wedding Album, so be sure and check back tomorrow, it should be done by then....
