Work it Girl ~ The Pink Elephant Scrap Challenge No. 14

Hello everyone!!  It's time for another scrapbook challenge over at The Pink Elephant and this week it's a Sketch and a Theme.   Here's the sketch, and I might add that it's another fabulous one from our very own Lori Boyd here at TPE..  Lori you "ROCK"!
and the theme this week is Red, White and Blue.  It doesn't have to be patriotic, but it can be if you want it to...  I chose not to do a patriotic layout, instead I scrapped this cute photo of little GD Savannah.  This is one of her daycare pictures taken this spring, she is 4 and a half here, and as you can see she sure knows how to work the camera, doesn't she?  lol  I also did this for a few other challenges, which are:
The Pink Elephant ~ Sketch and Theme (Red, White and Blue)
The Secret Crafter - Saturday Challenge ~ Strawberries & Cream (colors)
Charisma Cardz ~ Metal Mickey ~ The butterfly and brads are metal
PaperPlay Challenge ~ For/of a child or teenager
The Corrosive Challenge ~ Flowers

Not a whole lot of scrappy things used on this layout, here's the list of things I used:
Dark Blue CS (brand??)
Doodlebug Designs ~ Ladybug Crushed Velvet CS
k*i memories Glitter Lace Cardstock ~ bouquet pure
K&Company White Glitter CS
Sparkle Adhesive Red paper
Decorative Trim ~ Red with Pearls
Prima Flutter Vine
Petaloo Flowers
Offray Ribbon ~ Royal/Opal
Letters ~ ellison design (Curlie Girlie) cut out of Red Glitter Paper with the Cuttlebug
Prima Say It In Crystals
Decorative Flower Brads
Butterfly Broach ~ minus the broach
Be sure and check of the fabulous layouts from the other talented designers over at The Pink Elephant...
Thanks so much for dropping by!!
Have a wonderful day!!
Hugs!!

I also want to give you a little update on my precious grand baby who was born last Friday...  He doesn't have the lamps on him anymore and so far so good on his breathing.....  We will keep praying that he gets to come home tomorrow!!
Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers!!
Big Hugs to all!!!!!

Praise the Lord that the baby is doing great. Yes, let's pray that he gets to go home and celebrate July 4th! And your page is just fabulous. And she is a cutie! I had to 'borrow" Shelby since I do not have that type of pictures. Hope my kids would start making babies soon!!!! (I am glad they do not read this...ha, ha, ha).
Happy Thursday!

I'm so happy to hear Zach is doing better!!! Once he gets home ya'll can unswaddle him and put him in front of a sunny window for a few minutes a day and that will help him to keep from getting too jaundiced once they get this under control....or at least wayyyyyyy back in the day thats what they had me to do with Matt some 17 years ago :)

I love this LO!!! Super cute!!!
