Great Escape ~ Colten -- Sketches In Thyme No. 20

Hi everyone!! It's Thursday and time for "Team A" to play over at Sketches In Thyme!!  This weeks sketch is from Scrapbooks etc., and you can do so much with this fun sketch!!
I turned it 90 degrees and just used one photo... and so here's what I came up with...  This is little GS Colten taken a couple weeks ago..  You can't really tell, but he has his big sister's boots on and his hat, and he is going out to the shop where the "big" guys are...  He is such a cutie!!!

Here are some closeups...
Here you can see some of my distressing and I fussy cut "Escape".  You can also see the Tim Holtz - elegant flourishes

More distress work, flourishes and some of the prima flowers..

Here is my journaling which I printed from the computer on Creative Imaginations paper..

And this is my handsome little GS Colten!!  Such a lovable little guy!!

Here are a few challenges that this layout will qualify for:
Our Creative Corner ~ 3 different kinds of embellishments

Here is the list of scrappy things I used:
SU Old Olive CS
g.c.d. studios ~ Georgia ~ Ella Blue Collection
BoBunny ~ Olivia Cameo Die Cut
Creative Imaginations ~ Melange  (I used both sides)
Jenni Bowlin ~ Vintage Black Bookprint
Prima Flowers
Ribbon
Buttons
Tim Holtz Elegant Flourishes

Don't forget what you are playing for this month, a $10 and $15 gift certificate from Michelle's Scrapbooking!!!

I want to thank you all for dropping by and please check out the other Mavens..  And we would love for you to join us this week... If you do, remember to upload it over at Sketches In Thyme.. we love seeing your take on our sketches....
Be sure and check back to see what other crafty things I've been working on...  And I have some very exciting news to share with you in a few days!!
Have a wonderful day!!
Hugs!!!

Am I correctly seeing a pretty stamped flourish over your journaling? It looks like it extends past the paper the journaling was printed on -- LOVE this idea!
