I made this card with the Upsy Daisy Stamp Set and the sentiment is from True Friend Stamp Set and is stamped on the frame from Frames with a Flourish Stamp Set.
The base card is Bravo Burgandy stamped with Canvas. The flowers are stamped on Whisper White CS in Bravo Burgandy. I Stamped over them again with VersaMark and then sprinkled Glassy Glaze Enamel, and then heated it again to melt the crystals. The sentiment is colored with Always Artichoke and Bravo Burgandy and then stamped on the frame from Frames with a Flourish. I cut the frame out, and then added a ribbon and brads..
