Cased Christmas Card but this time in Red

This card is made like the one I did yesterday for the Inspiration Challenge, but instead of Kiwi Kiss CS, I used Real Red CS. I really like the way this one turned out.. I am making 10 or 12 of these, and along with all of the Christmas Cards that I received at the SW Regionals in SA, will be going to the hospital in SA for wounded soldiers that will not be able to spend Christmas as home. Giving Thanks with a Touch of Pink on a Frosted Filter

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and/or friends...
This is the card that I made for Thursday's Challenge (Giving Thanks), which pretty much sums up the challenge.. And I am so very thankful for all of my family and friends..
And Today's Limited Supply Challenge on SCS.  Which was to use 3 stamps, 1 had to be an animal, 3 colors of paper and Ink, one had to be pink and 3 embellishments.
Okay, it may not look like I used pink, but I did.......
The base card is Kiwi Kiss
Next layer is a coffee filter which I did the Frosted Filter Technique.  Took a regular plate dropped dots of Kiwi Kiss and PINK PIROUETTE, spritzed with water, smashed my coffee filter on top of this.. Wadded it up in a ball. Unwadded it, and dried with heat tool. So my background has pink in it....
Next I stamped Lovely as a Tree with VersaMark and embossed with brown. Stamped Noble Deer on BLUSH BLOSSOM in Chocolate Chip and clear embossed this. Cut the deer out and popped on on pop dots. I almost had 2 does and 1 buck....lol. Stamped sentiment with VersaMark and embossed in brown. Cut the top corners out with decorative corner punch and added ribbon...

The card is 3 1/2" by 6 3/4" - The base is Chocolate Chip and then I brayered on a piece of Glossy White CS with Going Grey, More Mustard, So Saffron and Chocolate Chip trying to get the background close to the inspiration piece. Then I cut a circle out of a piece of scrap CS using the 1 3/4" SU Circle Punch and used the piece that had the circle cut out and used it where the moon is and sponged Whisper White in the circle. Lifted my template up and there you go - a moon.. I stamped Inspired by Nature with Handsome Hunter over my brayered bg on the Glossy CS. Stamped Garden Silhouettes down the left side. The sentiment is stamped from the Hostess Set - Best Yet and is stamped with VersaMark on Whisper White CS and then embossed with Dark Brown Embossing Powder. I sponged the edges with Chocolate Chip, and then So Saffron. Punch out with the Curly Label Punch and popped up on pop dots... The little squares are cut from Really Rust... TFL
